Those who choose to access the Codehostels website from outside of United States do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent that local laws are applicable.

The policy of refund is subject to the terms of conditions of the Leave and License agreement (LLA.) that is signed by a user on purchase of the product available on the website. A draft of LLA is presented to the user upon accepting the terms and conditions. This LLA once digitally signed provides the terms of conditions of the refund related to deposit amount and/or other refund to be processed. It is specifically made clear that the said deposit will remain with the Licensor during the terms of the License under this Agreement and the same will be refunded to the Licensee. The said Security Deposit amount shall be refunded only after the expiry of the 30 days' notice from the Licensee and Licensor will refund the Security Deposit to the Licensee within 14 working days after the end of the 30 days' notice and subject to the Licensee vacating the Licensed premises and also subject to deductions. In case of cancellations, Codehostels is not liable to pay the any paid amount back to the customer. The same is captured is the LLA that is digitally signed by the user.

Policy for illegal content

Once this procedure has been followed Codehostels will make all reasonable endeavours to remove illegal content within a reasonable time.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. While we will make reasonable efforts to resolve any disagreements you may have with the Company, if these efforts fail, you agree as well as we agree that all claims, disputes or controversies against the Company arising out of these terms, or the purchase of any products or services (claims), shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996, or any statutory modification or re-enactment thereof for the time being in force and such arbitration proceedings shall be held in english at Vadodra, India. The arbitration shall be conducted by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company in accordance with the arbitration and conciliation act, 1996 and the arbitral award shall be final and binding upon the parties. Further, you agree as we do, to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Vadodra.

We provide housing exclusively for students, with accommodation offered on an academic-year contract basis. Any breach of this contract will not be entertained, and those who violate it will be required to compensate for any resulting losses.

As per the refund policy, any fees will only be refunded upon the completion of the academic year. Code Hostels reserves the right to take legal action in case of any breach of contract.
